Gear up for the Festival Season

22nd June 2023

The festival season has started, the tickets have been in your mailbox for half a year, but you realised that you dont have a proper clobber. Don't panic! Find inspiration in this article. We'll dress you from hat to socks. So where are you going this year?

Must Have

Festivals are such a small holiday and during those four days the azure sky can change four times with a summer storm. A raincoat, sunscreen and an extra load of dry socks can then play a big part in how you enjoy yourself this year.

Celebrate Food and Wine

Are you happiest when you have a burger in one hand and a glass of wine in the other? Tasting like that sometimes makes the farmer's mayo drip down your shirt. So put on something a little more colourful and with diverse patterns on which all these accidents will disappear, and in the evening, have a blast with the local band!

PS: We are totally cool even with socks in sandals.

Music, Water & Chill

Mass crowds are avoided by many after a covid. But if you miss the festival atmosphere, maybe this year you'll welcome the comfort of the hammock, or you'll go barefoot and intersperse the music with relaxation by the water. In addition to your swimwear, don't forget to pack a good sunscreen!

Fancy a Jump?

Are you anxiously waiting to see if there will be any Hip Hop festival? Or are you about to experience the specific atmosphere of the festival like High Jump? A classic outfit and a snapback won't do. Better equip yourself with a swimsuit or a stylish poncho and get ready for a load of music and cliff diving.

Bass & Beats

You've been waiting a whole year for that feeling of bass thumping through your body. Whether you're going to Beats for Love or any other electro festival, you can't do it without the right outfit. And don't forget to pack your sunglasses and face glitter!

And what about Hard & Heavy?

Are you attracted by the sounds of rock music, or are you aiming a little higher with heavier sound? Your ears just love a proper guitar riffs. Pair your favourite band T-shirt with a pair of shorts with a stylish belt and get into moshpit!

Red Carpet and Movies

Would you rather sit in the cinema and share intellectual insights from new films over a drink in the evening? Debate is about opinion, not outfits, but you have to look stylish in a red carpet photo in front of the hotel you are staying. Whatever film festival you go to, choose a dress that you won't be afraid to run from screening to screening. How many films a day?

Festivals with Kiddos

Don't leave your cub at home and enjoy the summer together. Kids-friendly festivals have a rich programme for adults and the younglings alike. Show off your coordinated outfits and experience it all together. Don't forget to drink (water) and bring a thermos that holds enough for two.
