Delivery

You will be informed about receiving your order in our database within 15 minutes of sending it. The goods you have ordered will be packed and sent immediately after receiving your order. You will be informed via e-mail that your goods were dispatched. You will be given information about the exact amount of money for the goods (including shipping costs) and the way of delivery. The estimated delivery of goods is within two days of receiving your order.

Personal collection at the shop in Brno is free of charge!

Personal collection at the shop in Brno is free of charge. The advantage is time independence from the carrier. As soon as the goods are ready, we will send you an email with a call for collection. You can then pick up the goods at any time during store opening hours. The goods will remain in the shop ready for the next 7 working days. After that it will be made available for sale.

You can pay in cash or by card when picking up in person.

DPD 

  • DPD delivers packages weekdays 8 to 18 h. Deliveryman will contact you on the day of delivery to arrange details of the transfer - delivery time, the amount of cash on delivery (in case you have not already paid the goods online using your credit card)
  • in the case of cash on delivery you can pay in cash or by credit card
  • if the driver does not reach you at the first delivery attempt, they will try to deliver the package the next business day

Packeta

Delivers to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Germany, Poland and the Baltic States

Choose the closest distribution point to your home and pick up your package whenever you want. You have 7 days to pick up your package. No more queues at post offices or waiting for the courier!

Due to the size restrictions of packages, it is not possible to deliver these categories: snowboards, skis, bikes, SUPs, longboards, wakeboards, wakeskates, and wakesurfs. Please choose another shipping option.

Czech Post

Balík do ruky (will be delivered to your delivery address)

  • Czech Post guarantees delivery the next business day
  • in the case of the "Balík do ruky" service, the Czech Post now delivers also on Saturdays!
  • you will be informed via SMS and e-mail about the delivery date and time
  • if the postman does not reach you at the first delivery attempt, they will try to deliver the package the next business day. They will leave an announcement in your mailbox
  • the notification ticket includes the contact (phone) number of your post office
  • the shipment will be held for pick up for 7 days. However, you can ask the Post Office for repeated delivery on a specific date or for deposit extension

Balík na poštu (will be delivered to the post office)

Balík na poštu

  • your package will be delivered the next business day to any of the 2,700 post offices throughout the Czech Republic
  • you will use the service especially when you cannot be reached at one place or you cannot pick up the package during working hours.
  • Czech Post will send you information about the delivery via SMS and e-mail

Checking the Package

Before taking delivery, check that the package wrapping and green adhesive tape are intact. If there are any discrepancies, do not accept the package. The shipment includes an invoice - a tax receipt that serves as proof of purchase in case of a claim. In addition to the goods and the invoice, the package also contains promotional items (stickers, catalogues, badges ...). Keep these even if you exchange or return the goods within the 14-day period.
