The following terms and conditions shall only apply if the buyer is a consumer (pursuant to Section 419 of the Civil Code).
How to proceed when you are not satisfied with the purchased product and you want to return it within the statutory 14-day time limit?
If the product is purchased via the e-shop, you as a consumer have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the delivery. For sending a notice on withdrawal from the contract you may use the form placed here. The above mentioned means that you may return the product or request replacement of the product subject to the terms and conditions described below. Ideally, you may send the product to us in its original packaging. Nevertheless, the right to withdraw from the contract is not granted in the situations pursuant to Section 1837 of the Civil Code, i.e. namely if the supplied product has been customized at the customer's request or for the customer, or if the product has been supplied in a closed packaging and the consumer extracted it from such packaging and the product cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
The product must not be used or damaged!
We will inform you on the course of replacement or return of the product by email.
Return of Goods
If you are not satisfied with the product, but you do not want to replace it, please send it back to us. Pack the returned product properly in order to prevent the damage in transit. Attach a copy of the receipt (invoice) and include the number of your bank account directly on it - show an example.
We will send you money for the product, as well as the postal costs paid with the purchase to your bank account as soon as possible, however, no later than within 14 days from delivery of the product to our address. However, we will not pay any costs related to the return of the product.
If the value of the returned product has decreased because the product was handled otherwise than appropriate with respect to its character and properties, we will offset this increment of the value of the returned product against the price of the product.
The packaging is not a subject of purchase or a part of the purchased item. You may test the product, but it should not be a subject to apparent wear and tear. It is necessary to take into consideration the costs which SNOWBOARD ZEZULA s.r.o. will incur in connection to restoring the product into its original conditions and which may be claimed for recovery. With respect to a great diversity of products, the level of such costs may differ and they are resolved individually. Such costs may be offset against the amount for the returned goods.
When you return the product, you may keep the promotional objects (stickers, badges, catalogues).
Replacement of Goods
If you are not satisfied with the delivered product for any reason whatsoever (the size does not fit or you dislike the colour etc.), please send the product back to us.
Attach a copy of the receipt and write directly on it for what exactly you want to replace the product: brand, model, colour, size - show an example.
We will replace the product depending on availability of the substitute product and send it back to you immediately. If the retail price of the product is over CZK 1500, the customer will not pay any postal costs. In other cases the customer will pay CZK 55 for postal costs.
