Bike Check: Santa Cruz Jackal for Ondra Šenk

We built a dirt bike for Ondra! The rich green Santa Cruz Jackal, which recently joined Ondra Šenk's fleet, was custom-built in our workshop. Read more about it.

Jackal is Santa Cruz's time-tested model for dirt jumping and pump tracks, so it fits perfectly into Ondra's fleet. This bike is eager to fly and perform absurd tricks. There was just one catch. Santa Cruz only supplied us with the frame, so we still had a long way to go before the Jackal was ready.

Finding components for a dirt bike is a little more complicated than we are used to with more mainstream bike categories, but in the end, we managed to put together a complete arsenal of high-quality, proven parts that together breathed life into this beast.

Ondrys then cut the handlebars and installed top OneUp pedals.

Now watch how this jackal showed off! Ondra immediately gave him a proper workout at the spot in Slatinice near Máťa Popelka, sent a few tricks on it, crashed, and here's the video.
