Kaunertal Opening 2020: Day 1 / SNOWBOARD ZEZULA Team & Freeride TV

We started this season in full parade! Composed of Terka Čermáková, Ondra Bauer (OBA Creators), Dan & Ondra Porkerts for the SNOWBOARD ZEZULA Team and Pavel Pek and Kuba Myška for Freeride.cz, we went to the opening of the legendary Tyrolean snow park Kaunertal on the second weekend of October.

On Thursday 8.10. around lunch we all met in Prague at Freeride.cz, loaded the van and left for the sunset. After eight o'clock in the evening we arrived at the hotel and the riders immediately started unpacking and assembling their new boards from Arbor Snowboards!

On Friday morning, everyone was pretty quick on the hill, because of TOP weather and no one wanted to waste time. The goal was clear: drive off, take bombastic pictures, shoot a vlog from every day, win what you can and, most importantly, enjoy it properly. That's easy, isn't it?

 

On Friday, as every day, we were among the first on the hill to take as many photos and shots as possible, because the weather was, due to forecast, about to change. Riders felt powerfull at the park from the first minute. They definitely put maximum effort into it, so there were a lot of photo shots during the first day.

In the afternoon, the cash4tricks race from SANE, the local party from Innsbruck, took place at the bottom of the car park! The porkers sent one trick after another there and together they took home a nice chunk of prize money. In addition, Dan took a place on the box for the best trick! The first day met the goals.
