TB-Air Firewall Smoothskin

The most advanced insulating neoprene, which is now even more flexible than before. Enclosed air technology combined with wind resistance and quick-drying ability together create a psychotically warm material.

TB Firewall

The lightest neoprene foam core ever. It contains a thermally insulating inner layer, it is also quick-drying and even more flexible than before.

Technobutter 3 (TB3)

Exclusively developed in O'Neill, highly flexible and hydrophobic neoprene with a lightweight ENVY foam core. It offers uncompromising warmth, comfort and durability.

Technobutter 3X (TB3X)

New pre-stretched neoprene with a lightweight ENVY foam core. The lightest, most flexible and softest material ever created at O'Neill. It is exceptionally flexible and fits perfectly.

Graphene Air Firewall Duraskin

This new graphene material is an innovation in closed air technology from TB3 Air Firewall Smoothskin, which it takes to the next level. It is quilted, even more durable and warmer than before.

Fluidflex Firewall

It is a warm combination of a windproof upper and a bottom layer that drains water.

Thermo-X Hyperdry

This material excels with a high degree of insulation, minimal water absorption and a water-repellent DWR surface treatment.

 

Seam construction

TB3X: Fully taped seams

The lightest and most flexible seam you can have on a wetsuit. 0.5 mm divided neoprene in combination with triple-glued seams with water-based glue will reliably keep you dry and cool.

Stitchless

Welded joint on the outside and TB3X tape on the inside on both sides of the seamless connection. This technology takes the construction of wetsuit to the next level, ensuring unsurpassed durability and comfort.

Fluid Seam Weld

The triple-glued and covertly sewn joint is additionally sealed on the outside with 8 mm of silicone urethane. This seam is thus perfectly waterproof, durable and extremely flexible.

GBS seams

This waterproof joint is covertly sewn and triple glued. It excels in durability and at the same time the maximum flexibility that is possible with a waterproof seam.

 

Types of fastening

Fastening Z.E.N. ZIP

Unique and patented back fastening Z.E.N. ZIP uses a floating switch panel and a water barrier with a drain hole. This construction is warm and does not restrict movement.

Fastening F.U.Z.E.

The basis of this innovative wetsuit entry system is the Front Upper Zip Entry. Hence the abbreviation F.U.Z.E. The zipper is completed with a water barrier with drain holes, so you will stay dry and chill.

Modular fastening

The modular fastening system uses two drawstrings and allows the connection of a collar or hood depending on the conditions.

Back zipper (BZ)

A simple back fastening is ideal when you need a wetsuit especially easy to put on and take off. O'Neill uses a durable zipper and a barrier to limit water penetration.

Zipless

Lightweight system with 360° water barrier, drain holes and drawstring. Zipless entry is waterproof and easy to use.

Minimal Seam Design

Sophisticated design with a minimum of seams allows excellent flexibility, durability and great body wrap. Larger and cleverly designed panels are used in the design of wetsuit, so there may not be as many seams.

Double Super Seal Neck

Fully adjustable, comfortable and waterproof Glideskin collar.

Redzone Zip

The zipper with urethane-coated teeth is designed to prevent water from penetrating the wetsuit.

Krypto Knee Padz

Ergonomic knee protection.

Nytrolite Foam

This closed-cell material is three times lighter than conventional PVC foam and absorbs 15-20% less water. At the same time, it has a 10% better ability to float on water.

Hyperdry

The DWR (Durable Water Repellent) surface treatment will keep you dry and let the material soak in only a minimum of water.

Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF)

Ultraviolet protection at 30+ or 50+ is important during long rides.

24-7 Technology

Highly breathable technical materials are at the same time lightweight, durable and drain water.
