    Při hledání vhodného snowboardu pro dceru na internetu jsem byla úplně ztracená ve všech parametrech a značkách. Stačil jeden telefonát (na první dobrou!) s obchodem Zezula, prodavač během několika dotazů zjistil, co přesně potřebuju, navedl mě, jak to na e-shopu najdu, netlačil mi za každou cenu nejdražší výrobek, naopak, dokonce mě upozornil na slevu "black friday", okamžitě jsem objednala, za dva dny už jsem balila dárek doma do mašle :-) Dita Maloňová (dávám souhlask použití reference i mého jména)

    Our statement:

    Dobrý den, zboží nám bohužel nedošlo od dodavatele. Jde o ojedinělý případ. Se zákazníkem jsme se spojili a domluvili, ke spokojenosti. Dotazník od Heureky odchází automaticky, nikoliv na základě odeslané objednávky. Ještě jednou se omlouváme za komplikaci.
