Santa Cruz's Tallboy has its fans among riders who like to ride hard on the trail, but also want to pedal, climb and conquer long routes. The refined VPP suspension on the Tallboy combines efficient pedaling and exceptional bump ironing ability. If there's an XC bike for downhill riders, it's the Tallboy!
- Proportional Geometry and Frame Stiffness – Riders of all sizes get the same geometry and ride response.
- VPP – Santa Cruz's unique rear suspension design that ensures maximum performance and comfort. Even with 120mm of travel, the Tallboy offers efficient pedaling and much more capable suspension than the numbers alone would suggest. The improved suspension design better prevents unwanted diving and lifting of the stern.
- Glovebox – a practical box in the lower frame tube. It comes with a tool case and a sleeve, so you can neatly hide your essentials while still being close at hand.
- SRAM Eagle Transmission gearing, which is equipped with CC carbon frames, stands out with even more power, a solid connection with the frame and direct contact with the cassette. The combination of X-SYNC technology and cassette mapping will allow you to shift gears smoothly even during heavy loads.
