Magped ROAD2 Pedals

Magped's first magnetic pedal alternative for road bikes comes in an improved version - ROAD2. In the package you will find a right and left pedal with magnets, magnetic screws and an Allen key for mounting. Also included are shoe plates that are compatible with the three-point mounting system. The advanced magnetic mechanism allows you to switch off whenever needed.

Advantages of Magped pedals

• They enable circular movement involving the extensor and flexor muscles for maximum performance.
• Despite using a magnetic system, Magped pedals are comparable in weight to other high-end pedals.
• The pedal allows the foot to rotate sideways, reducing stress on the ankles.
• The pulling force of the magnet is around 20 kg. You can easily disconnect the shoe from the pedal by swinging your foot out. In a critical situation, the force of the magnet can be overcome by vertical force.
• The metal and plastic sole plates are compatible with shoes with a three-point attachment system. The reduction in efficiency due to dirt is not significant and the great advantage is a completely undisturbed walking experience. The Magped plate system does not protrude out of the sole.
• The rotation of the front pedal platform can be adjusted and the high-performance neodymium magnets can be adjusted via the integrated damping unit.
