The Meteorite was created for all-mountain riders who want versatile and customizable support. The softer construction will give you freestyle freedom, while SKATETECH technology takes care of precise reactions thanks to instant energy transfer to the board. You can adjust the nature of your ride by swapping the asymmetrical ankle straps from your right foot to your left and vice versa. The binding is then perfectly complemented by the Dynamic Flex highback, which is stiff in the middle for firm support and softer on the sides for friendly handling. In short, a balanced binding down to the last detail.

Skate Tech

The NOW Skate Tech system works like a skateboard truck and improves control over the board + reduces leg fatigue by transferring energy directly from the binding to the edges of the board through a dynamic construction.

• Hanger 2.0 – The Hanger pivots on the Kingpin like a lever, allowing lightning-fast energy transfer from edge to edge. A true baseless design that allows for the most uniform board flex of any binding on the market. Nylon reinforced with glass fibers (30%).
• Kingpin – The kingpin is the fulcrum on which the hanger rotates. The design increases energy transfer and improves board response through leverage.
• Post – The post attaches the hanger to the kingpin and is the connection between the binding and the board. 50% nylon, 50% fiberglass.
• Bushings – Bushings are the primary point of contact between binding and board and offer customizable response and damping (Surf and Freeride modes).

Dynamic Flex Highback

Designed for playful response and flexibility. A medium-wide profile and a friendly, ergonomic flex help you turn, tweak and slash.

Freeride vs. Surf mode

The binding offers customizable dampening and response by switching between Surf Mode and Freeride Mode. Surf Mode lets you tweak harder, while Freeride Mode keeps you locked in for maximum response. Switch modes by changing the bushings from soft (Surf Mode) to hard (Freeride Mode) and adjusting the Flip-It ankle straps. The Flip-It strap allows you to interchange the ankle straps between the left and right binding to create custom response.

• Surf Mode – Position the wide half of the strap below the buckle for solid heel support but more ankle flexibility for getting loose. Use Soft Bushings for a looser, more dynamic surf feel.
• Freeride mode – Position the wide half of the strap above the buckle for more lateral support and board response. Use Hard Bushings for maximum board response (not included).
