Nidecker Rift Men's Snowboard Boots

Super lightweight all-mountain boots Nidecker Rift with a special design inspired by classic sneakers that will give you great flex thanks to the two-piece upper, which you will especially appreciate in the snowpark. The ease of putting on is due to the tightening using two BOA winding wheels, which you can use to separately adjust the tightness around the shin and around the instep.

The boots are equipped with a special outsole pattern for even better grip on variable terrain and thanks to the special OC Kush gel inserts they will give you perfect cushioning during sharp landings and tricks in the park. Thanks to the anatomical inner liner, the boots will be comfortable right out of the box and you can immediately enjoy riding in the park or give vent to your creativity on the hill.

Tightening System

• Dual BOA® – a boot tightening system using two highly durable Boa winding wheels, each tightening a different part of the boot independently. Thanks to this, you can indulge in maximum stiffness or a more relaxed riding feeling.
• H4 Coiler™ Technology – The BOA dial is highly durable to meet the needs of even the most demanding riders, while allowing for easy and quick tightening to your liking.

Inner Liner

• Silver Liner – inner thermoformable liner with maximum pressure point reduction, inner cuff closure for easier donning, flex zone at the toe for free toe movement, 8mm PE foam and external PU support for greater strength. Closure via separate cuff with Velcro.
• Thermoforming – the inner liner is made of memory foam, which adapts perfectly to the foot during wear, or this process can be accelerated by thermoforming. The result is maximum comfort without pressure points.
• 3D Liner Support – great foot support thanks to the 3D shaped inner liner and J-bars around the ankle that hold it in place for maximum energy transfer.
• Shell Harness Closure – internal lacing that you tighten with a simple pull on the loop. The tongue is secured in place with a Velcro strap.

Outsole and Cushioning

• Ascent Outsole - a combination of EVA midsole and rubber outsole creates the perfect harmony of cushioning, lightness and grip. OC-Kush cushioning inserts reduce vibrations and shocks during impacts. A new gecko-inspired outsole pattern ensures perfect grip.
• OC Kush – gel inserts placed under the heel absorb shock and sudden impacts to reduce foot fatigue and increase overall comfort. They also allow for comfortable walking.
• 3D Dual-Density Insole – anatomically shaped 3D EVA insole with two different densities – the stiffest material provides support around the heel and under the arch. The insole with fleece and silicone grip holds the foot firmly in place and retains warmth.

Special Technology

• 3D Molded Toebox - The toebox is formed in one piece to eliminate seams, reduce size and provide extra durability. It also makes it easier to slip on and off the bindings.
• 3D Molded Tongue – The 3D molded tongue provides an anatomical fit around the shin and reduces pressure points for increased comfort and tailored support.
• Asym 3F - Asymmetrical boot shape and closure for optimal support and flexibility. Anatomical shape provides great performance and riding feel. Designed in collaboration with the BOA system for ultimate comfort and performance.
• Articulating Cuff – The upper construction of the boot partially overlaps the lower construction, allowing both parts to move independently, eliminating pressure points and providing a smooth ride.
• Rubber Backstay – a rubber panel on the heel protects the boot from wear and tear in the binding. It also creates a perfect seamless connection with the sole, making getting in and out of the bindings even smoother.
