Instructions for Use

• Start by sanding the surface, cleaning it, and drying it for good adhesion of the compound.
• 2:1 basic mix: Mix 2 parts resin in one bowl, 1 part hardener in another. Then mix the resin and hardener in a 3rd cup, mix for 1 minute and then apply.
• In case of deeper holes, they need to be filled: Then add Q-Cell powder to the base mixture and mix thoroughly. Once a solid but still fluid mixture is formed, fill the hole with it, leaving space for a surface layer of epoxy or fiberglass.
• If the hole is longer than 0.5 cm: Before applying the mixture, apply fiberglass, which should extend about 1 cm beyond the hole/abrasion. If the damage is larger, the fiberglass should extend more. Apply the epoxy base mixture so that the fiber is sufficiently saturated.
• After applying the mixture to the damage, a smooth cover sheet can be applied to make it easier to create a contour.
• Once hardened, you can remove the cover sheet and sand the surface smooth.
• TIP: The key to success is at least room temperature, really thorough measuring in a 2:1 ratio, and thorough mixing.
