Maxxis G2 Dissector 29×2.40" Kevlar 3CT/EXO+/TR Tire

The new Maxxis Dissector is back with an update for improved control, cornering, and braking. The side knobs have a larger contact area, which increases traction and stability, especially on hard surfaces. The center tread pattern retains the fast 2-3-2 pattern but now features split center knobs for better braking and terrain adaptation. The transition lugs are shifted to the outer edge for smoother cornering.

The Dissector will be great as a front tire on trail bikes with 130–140 mm of travel or as a fast rear tire on bikes with 150 mm or more of travel, ideal for dry conditions. It will also pair perfectly with the Forekaster or Rekon tires for a balanced riding experience.

3C MaxxTerra (3CT)

The combination of three compounds in a medium hardness level provides more traction than 3C MaxxSpeed and less rolling resistance than 3C MaxxGrip, making this compound ideal for trail riding in a variety of conditions.

Tubeless Ready (TR)

TR tires are designed for tubeless use. They offer better traction, lower rolling resistance, and are more puncture-resistant thanks to the reinforcement in the sidewall. You get better grip and control at lower tire pressures. They must be used with tubeless-compatible rims and liquid sealant to maintain air pressure and seal small punctures.

EXO+

Updated protection from Maxxis, suitable for versatile use on trails and for light e-bikes. The base is a 60 TPI tire, which is complemented by the legendary EXO material in the sidewalls, resistant to punctures often caused by collisions with stones or roots. A butyl insert is placed in the bead area, which adds extra rim protection.
