This bike is ready to sprint to the finish line, but it also performs well as a lightweight, low-travel trail projectile when you're not chasing victory.
The premium carbon frame has been further refined. From tapered tubes to shape adjustments to reduced material volume, the bike is lighter yet still highly durable, so it's backed by Santa Cruz's lifetime warranty.
And what about the geometry? The extended reach and shorter stem give you the feeling of sitting "inside" the bike rather than outside it. Combined with the 75° seat tube angle and 66° head angle, you're guaranteed great conditions for aggressive uphill and downhill riding.
And let's not forget the Superlight™ rear suspension, which is lightweight and highly efficient - designed to get the most out of your energy. By reducing moving parts, bearings and joints, the suspension is not only lightweight but also offers great traction. There is no additional joint, the rear structure itself has a certain amount of spring, and this amount is the secret ingredient that gives the Blur the perfect mix of damping, springiness and durability.
