This new product from the innovative Tubolight brand is based on the first-ever study of how air molecules move within a tire as it deforms on uneven surfaces. The Diamana insert helps prevent punctures, reduces rolling resistance, enhances tire traction, and dampens vibrations.

The insert’s special design and textured surface reduce the rebound effect when the tire encounters an uneven surface, ensuring consistent tire pressure against the ground. Compressed air flows through the insert’s internal channels and takes longer to return to the outer part. As a result, there is very little air at the point of tire compression throughout the damping process.

The Tubolight Diamana is made of high-density, high-hardness EVA foam to ensure dimensional stability and, as a result, consistent airflow through the channels. This also contributes to its extremely long durability. The expected lifespan is several years.
