The redesigned Minion DHR II tire from Maxxis borrows the pattern from the legendary Minion DHF, but widens it for more support. It delivers high acceleration, better cornering control and great braking. For best performance, pair it with the Minion DHF tire at the rear.

Wide Trail (WT)

Maxxis tires based on the Wide Trail construction are optimized for modern wide rims (30-35 mm). Thanks to this, the tire mounted on a wide rim maintains an optimal round profile without unwanted flattening, thus offering maximum performance.

• Wide Trail tires for trail, enduro and downhill use are designed for rims with an internal width of 35 mm and are compatible with 30-35 mm rims.
• Wide Trail tires for XC use are designed for rims with an internal width of 30 mm and are compatible with 25-30 mm rims.

Tubeless Ready (TR)

TR tires are designed for tubeless use. They offer better traction, lower rolling resistance, and are more puncture-resistant thanks to the reinforcement in the sidewall. You get better grip and control at lower tire pressures. They must be used with tubeless-compatible rims and liquid sealant to maintain air pressure and seal small punctures.

3C MaxxTerra (3CT)

The combination of three compounds in a medium hardness level provides more traction than 3C MaxxSpeed and less rolling resistance than 3C MaxxGrip, making this compound ideal for trail riding in a variety of conditions.

Downhill (DH)

Two layers of material (60x2 TPI) and a thick butyl bead are used from bead to bead, providing additional rim protection, sidewall stiffness during downhill riding, and puncture protection.
