    Býval to dobrý obchod. Většinu svého vybavení mám od nich. Už si příště rozmyslím, zda znovu objednat.

    • Nikdo nereagoval na dotaz po emailu. Trvalo mi 2 dny se dovolat
    • (v uvedené pracovní době). Při konzultaci po telefonu, zaměstnankyně nebyla příliš ochotná zodpovídat dotazy, navíc mluvila nesrozumitelně, po žádosti, zda by mohla mluvit zřetelněji, byla ještě neochotnější. Škoda.

    Dobrý den, s kolegyní jste mluvila už druhý den po vašem emailovém dotazu, který přišel po pracovní době. Odpovědi na otázky jste po telefonu dostala, zboží jste si koupila a věříme, že jste s ním i spokojená. Že jste z komunikace neměla dobrý dojem, to nás mrzí, ačkoliv pro tak nízké hodnocení nevidíme důvod.

    Objednávka, komunikace, dodávka - vše OK. Jen mě rozladilo, že ještě před vyzvednutím brýlí mi na mail došlo upozornění na Zezula days, kde byly brýle o 500,- levnější :-(. Ten mail si mohli odpustit a byl bych spokojenější.
