The Hightower is by far the most technically and design refined bike from Santa Cruz. It stands out for its harmonious blend of technology and geometry, which has been further refined this year without going beyond the intentions with which the bike was designed. If you're not looking for extremes, just something extremely familiar, the versatile Hightower is the right choice. The lightweight C Carbone frame offers you perfect strength and performance.
VPP construction and a more modern approach to geometry has delivered balanced performance and consistent suspension across all sizes, both on the climb and the descent. A softer head angle increases stability when riding fast, and a lowered bottom bracket promotes suspension. You can adjust the geometry with the Flip chip, which offers low/high settings to give you the cushioning you want.
Another handy new feature is the Glovebox built right into the frame tube. Inside, you'll find handy organisers for safely storing tools, spare tubes and other essentials you can't imagine riding without.
