The Nitro Team binding is a team rider and local hero favorite because of its all-mountain functional design. It provides a comfortable boot-hugging fit, all-mountain-oriented flex, and time-tested durability to last season after season. It offers the perfect blend of strength, comfort, and flexibility to allow for pro-level progression, regardless of weather conditions. The Stealth AIR base frame and 3° Canted footbed with AIR Dampening provide a seamless boot-to-board interface underfoot.

They have upgraded the Team this year with Nitro´s new 3D OptiFrame ankle strap, an injection-molded strap that offers a world-class precision fit and reduces the overall binding weight. The bombproof Übergrip Toe Strap with Vibram© EcoStep™ rubber gives you that perfect foothold with a reduced impact on our environment by using 30% more recycled materials. The Team is equipped with Nitro´s exclusive Cable Reinforced connectors and ladders for extra strength and insurance for riding in and out of the park in the harshest conditions. As always, the 2x4 Mini Disc system reduces the footprint of the binding on the board and allows for a natural board-flex underfoot, helping the board flex and ride the way you want it! A perfect fit makes for simple progression!

• Stealth Air Base Frame - base with closed construction under the heel for stronger lateral response. The adjustable aluminum heelcup enables a perfect centering position for the boot.
• Asym Jet Highback - the supports are higher on the inside of the calf for greater support during presses, jumps and turns. It has an adjustable tilt without the use of tools.
• Air Dampening - an absorbent air cushion ensures a high level of damping during hard impacts without compromising on response. It saves your knees and allows you to ride longer.
• 3° Canted Footbed - tilted base insole for the most natural knee position and higher comfort
• 2×4 Mini Disc with lockable angle adjustment - smaller disc area means less interference with the natural springing of the disc. The binding angle can now be set and fixed before you place it on the board. The disk holds at the selected angle and the settings are not lost even after removal. Compatible with The Channel system.
• Board Saver Technology - The corners of the binding base plate are rounded to reduce friction between the binding and the board. The rounded corners under the binding allow a more natural bending of the board around the baseplate, a more intuitive ride and less stress on the board in these areas.
• New ankle strap 3D OptiFrame - the design of the strap consists of several longitudinal flexible cross-sections that guarantee an even distribution of energy over its entire surface. Even lighter, even more comfortable, responsive and adaptable.
• Bottom strap Übergrip Toe Strap with Vibram© EcoStep™ rubber - Co-developed with VIBRAM®, known for their high performance rubber outsoles, we designed a toe strap that combines the shape and feel of B.E.S.T. Convertible toe strap concept with the sticky ECOSTEP rubber from VIBRAM®.
  The strap adapts to any boots toe box shape while the rubber holds the strap in place, no matter how hard you stomp your landing, whether it’s wet or freezing. Vibram© ECOSTEPTM rubber Vibram ́s and Nitro ́s dedication to environmental conservations has let to the implementation of this high quality traction compound formulation made of up to 50% recycled rubber.
• Forged Aluminum Speedwheel Ratchets - the strongest yet lightest aluminum ratchet lever is combined with a smooth toothed polymer roller. These ratchets work great and last a long time.
• Reinforced connecting straps and ratchets - Over-molded stainless steel cables inside of the ratchets and connector straps – no more stretch, no more breaks, maximum control and durability.
