Ortovox Peak 40 Dry Mountaineering Backpack

Technical backpack from the Ortovox brand suitable for alpine activities and ski tour. It will serve in any weather and will find its greatest use in multi-day hikes. The volume of 40 liters provides space for equipment for several days without sacrificing the comfort.

The back system of Full Contact Light with a stabilizer provides a perfect grip and great control over the backpack even when it is fully loaded. The waist belt is available for optimal weight distribution.

High-frequency welding of fabric is stiff and all seams are waterproof. Likewise, the entire backpack is waterproof with a water column of 50,000 mm. A waterproof zipper around the entire circumference of the backpack will take care of intuitive opening and pulling out things. No DWR or PFC materials were used in the manufacture.

The backpack is also equipped with a helmet net, an ax holder and a space for attaching avalanche equipment. If you need to reduce the weight, you can remove the waist belt, ax holder and one compartment from the backpack. Small items can be stored in a small map compartment in the side pocket.
